Meet DYLAN

Hi, I'm Dylan Flanigan — Director and Mortgage Broker at DRF Lending.

My own property journey started in 2018, buying a block of land and building our first home. Everything about it was new to me; the process, the banking jargon, the lending options and I found it genuinely overwhelming. But the unknown sparked something, and I started learning everything I could about how lending actually works.

Since then, I've been through buying and selling, refinancing, and building an investment portfolio. That experience is what I bring to my clients: I know what it feels like to sit on the other side of the desk, unsure which question to ask first.

Before broking, I worked in personal training and as a B2B account manager. Completely different industries that both relied heavily on building real relationships, with a focus on genuinely caring about someone's goals and celebrating the wins along the way.

Based in Geelong, I work with clients right across Australia on first home purchases, refinances and investment lending.

Away from work, you'll find me walking my two Huskies, at the local gym, or running around for the Surf Coast Suns FNC.
